EduForward's existing LMS was a one-size-fits-all experience. Teachers had no visibility into which students were struggling, and students had no agency over their learning pace. Test scores were stagnating despite increasing content investment.

We built an adaptive engine that tracks mastery per learning objective and dynamically reorders content. Teachers get a live classroom dashboard showing real-time comprehension heatmaps. Students see a personalized "path" rather than a fixed syllabus. The whole platform was built to work offline-first for schools with unreliable internet.

Deployed to 200+ schools and 85,000 students. Average test scores improved 23% year-over-year in pilot schools. Teacher time spent on manual grading dropped 60%. EduForward expanded the contract to a 5-year district-wide deal.
