We designed a multi-tenant SaaS platform with a real-time mapping layer (WebSockets + Mapbox), a predictive maintenance engine trained on sensor telemetry, and an AI-assisted route optimizer. The entire system was built mobile-first so drivers could interact through a React Native app.

Unplanned breakdowns reduced by 67% within 8 months. Fuel costs dropped 18% through route optimization. The platform now powers 6 logistics companies and processes 2M+ location events per day.
