Challenge
Lumi's enterprise customers were spending 15–20 hours per week manually reviewing marketing materials for brand guideline violations. The process was inconsistent, error-prone, and couldn't scale with their content volume.
Solution
We built a computer vision pipeline that ingests design files (Figma, PDF, images) and checks them against a structured brand ruleset — colors, fonts, logo placement, spacing. A SaaS dashboard lets brand managers configure rules without code, and a Figma plugin surfaces violations in-context as designers work.
Outcome
Review time cut from 18 hours to under 2 hours per week for the average customer. Launched to 40 enterprise clients in beta, achieving 94% compliance accuracy. Lumi closed a $2.4M seed round 3 months post-launch.
