Meridian ERP

Meridian was locked into a $1.2M/year SAP contract for a system they'd heavily customized over 15 years. The customizations made upgrades impossible, support was expensive, and the UI was so slow that workers were keeping parallel spreadsheets just to function day-to-day.

We audited every SAP module in use, identified the 20% of features driving 80% of the value, and rebuilt them as a modern, fast web app. A phased data migration kept operations running throughout. The new system was built on Next.js + PostgreSQL with a domain-specific rules engine for their production workflows.

Full cutover in 6 months with zero production downtime. Licensing costs dropped by $800K/year. Page load times went from 8–12 seconds to under 400ms. Employee satisfaction scores for internal tools jumped from 2.1 to 4.4 out of 5.
